1. Using Cubby

Cubby helps you track your tools, the places you store them, and the friends you lend them to. You may use the Service only in line with these Terms and any applicable laws.

2. Your account

You need an account to use most features. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the Service.
• Don’t use Cubby to store unlawful content or to harm others.
• Don’t attempt to access data that isn’t yours.

4. Your content

The tools, places, and notes you add are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you and to the friends you choose to share with, so the Service can work.

5. Service availability

We work to keep Cubby available and reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Features may change or be discontinued over time.

6. Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cubby is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data or inability to access your inventory.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
